Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email from those providers.

Farm & Field Data: Field names, locations, crop types, and other agricultural data you enter.

Images: Photos you capture or upload for crop analysis. These images are processed by our AI to detect diseases, pests, and nutrient deficiencies.

Usage Data: App interaction data, scan history, and feature usage to improve our services.

Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for compatibility and support purposes.

• AI Processing Partners: Images are sent to AI services (Google Gemini) for analysis. These services process data per their privacy policies.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

6. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the app (Profile > Delete Account) or by contacting us. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data, scan history, and field data within 30 days.

7. Camera & Photo Access

The app requests camera access to capture photos for crop analysis. Photos are used solely for disease detection and are not shared with third parties beyond our AI processing partners. You can revoke camera access at any time in your device settings.

8. Speech Recognition

The app offers optional voice input for the AI chat feature using on-device speech recognition. Audio is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

9. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email.
